How do I order?
It is best to order on Jiva website, if you have any questions you can email or WhatsApp at +62 813-3841-1119. Since all of Jiva products are freshly made to order in the very early morning, for orders received by 11pm will be processed for the next morning delivery, otherwise, the later orders will be processed for the next following day delivery (Monday to Saturday, Jiva is off on Sundays so Saturday is a double delivery).
Is there any minimum order?
We have a minimum order of IDR 70.000,- per order.
How do I confirm my order?
You will get an email confirmation shortly after you placed your order online, if you don’t, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp +6281338411119 to confirm we have received your order.
What are the payment methods?
We offer PayPal and Credit Card payment gateway on our website, direct bank deposit, bank transfer before hand or cash paid on delivery directly to the driver. If you have problems on Credit Card checkout, please contact us via email email@example.com or WhatsApp +6281338411119 for manual payment link.
When do I pay?
We are a cash on delivery business, for other payments besides PayPal or Credit Card on our website, we require for direct bank deposit or transfer payments to be made by the day before the delivery; cash payment is to be paid in full upon receiving your order. Payments for all Cleanse and Subscription packages have to be paid in full before or upon receiving your first delivery.
Can I pick up?
Jiva do not offer pick up service.
Can I change my order?
You can change your order at the latest by 0:03pm on the day before the delivery.
Can I get refunds on cancelled orders?
All active/ongoing orders have to be cancelled at the latest by 10pm on the day before the delivery to be eligible for refund with an additional 15% cancellation fee. Cancelling could void all discounts/promos that comes with the original order.

What is the procedure for ordering from a hotel?
Firstly please check with your hotel / resort if outside food is allowed to be delivered, if not you can always meet the driver outside and hand carry your order with you back to your room. We will need reservation details, room number, complete delivery address, if you do not have a local telephone number please provide a means of contact for example (whatsapp, email) so you can be reached if there is any problems upon delivery. Please note for orders from hotels / resorts we do opt to use plastic over glass, so there is no glass bottle return system, if you feel you can manage a return system please let us know and we will happily use glass bottle for your order.
What if I don’t use all my subscriptions before it expires?
All left over Juice Subscription credit will be forfeited when your subscription is expired and you will have to purchase another subscription. All Juice Subscription packages are valid for 45 days and it is not interchangeable.
How do I order juice for my subscription package?

Yes we grow some of our own produce, we are developing larger to be self sufficient and veganic growers.
What does Jiva do with their organic waste pulp?

What is veganic?

Jiva is taking full use out of our 1000+ kgs of monthly organic juice pulp and vegetable scraps to produce a compos system for our farms production that requires the use of no animal manures / fertilizers.
What is raw food?
It excludes all food and products of animal origin, as well as food cooked at a temperature above 48 °C (118 °F). What is demineralized deionized water?

What is alkaline water?
Spring Water that is naturally alkaline occurs when water passes over rocks – like springs – and picks up minerals, which increase its alkaline level. How to do the Optimal Cleanse?
The information you need to know about the order to consume Optimal Cleanse is as follows:
1st start the day off with the 250ml Green Fix which is the medical medium recommended detox juice; and then we’d recommend after 45 minutes to 1 hour to take Cure which is the ancient herbal elixir, The Cure booster juice is the body’s alarm clock, it’s going to wake everything up and get it motivated.
From here you will move into the cold pressed juices, we’d recommend after one hour and then start drinking the 3rd bottle – Daily Dose 500ml, this is the first major juice of the day, it is a antibacterial, antibiotic, immunity boosting juice, which will also boost your morning energy levels.
Then the remaining bottles of juices (except for the Expel) – 500ml Life changer, 500ml Healthcare, 500ml Green Shaman, 500ml Defibrillator and 500ml Vibrant can be drank in any order as you feel, when you feel you need for more juice, just note green juices contain a lot of energy so nice.to have through your periods of day that requires it, normally I’d say, from personal experience juicing, would be complete within 10hrs.
If you are thirsty after finishing the juices I’d recommend fresh coconut water, or if you have a very good drinking water, which is natural spring with heavy metal removed and naturally alkaline this would be accepted. FRESH Coconut water is all of these and easily obtained in Bali.
The final drink for the day is the Expel which is a charcoal tonic designed to absorb the toxins from your body while you are sleeping and you will flush them out with your bodily functions. What do I do when I suffer from really bad detox symptoms?
Some detox symptoms can last for more than 2 weeks, in some cases more than 4 weeks depending on how toxic your body is. What to do after Juice Cleanse?
Breaking the Juice cleanse, go slow ease into solid foods. The general guide for post Juice Cleanse solid food restart is – total days juice cleansing ÷ 4. Key points to follow for food choices to break the Juice Cleanse are hydrating, high in fibre, natural laxative effect, probiotic for healthy gut bacteria, and anything to help with enzyme production. It is recommended to consume food – high water content, soft fiber, organic fruits such as watermelon, strawberry, pineapple, dragon fruit, mango, papaya, also probiotic coconut yogurt, and smoothies; another restart food options is soaked dried prunes (soak 4 to 6hrs with drinking water, soak just enough to cover them) after soaking, keep the water for drinking.
For best results, we recommend to maintain daily juices and work your way up to solid meals starting at 1 or 2 daily for the first few days while restarting, we strongly advise to stick to raw vegan food options – leafy green salads and smoothies are great options.

What to do with my empty glass bottles?

Is Jiva Juice cold pressed?
Yes. We use the world’s best cold-pressed juicing device.
What is cold-pressed juice?
It is a juice that uses a hydraulic press to extract juice from fruit and vegetables, as opposed to other methods such as centrifugal or single or double auger also known as slow juicers. Please do not get fooled by establishments offering cold-pressed juice when in fact they use slow or high-speed juicers, these are NOT cold-pressed. Cold press juice is gently extracted with a tremendous amount of pressure between plates with no high-speed heating effecting the produce, it completely extracts all the natural vitamins, trace minerals and enzymes leaving behind a dry dead pulp that not even a rabbit or horse would eat, making a juice which is totally superior with maximum benefits.
Why is a cold-pressed juicer better than masticating/triturating (single/double rotor) and centrifugal juicer (high-speed juicer)?
Juicing with a cold-pressed juicer extracts more juice from the fruits and vegetables and gives it a higher nutritional level as to rotor machines which put air into the juice during extraction which adds to a faster oxidization. In other hand, cold-pressed juicing does not force air into the juice which causes a much slower decomposition. Juice bottled from cold pressed juicers have very little loss of nutrients and enzymes. Jiva is set up with a central kitchen which is easily controlled with high hygiene practice and correct equipment for washing produce as to smaller establishments such as cafes and juice bars that uses rotor and centrifugal juicer where they have to clean parts of the juicer after each juice to maintain it’s hygiene, which most often they do not. It’s commonly found that the juice pulp will sit in the machine interacting with newer juice throughout the day causing a badly oxidized juice which is full of bacteria!! Jiva juices taste and feel better because of our high quality production process.
Is Jiva Juice organic?
Our products are uncertified organic, we support the local organic and pesticide free farms. Jiva does grow some produce organically ourselves.
Is sugar in fruit bad?
We believe it is not as it is naturally occurring, you will find no refined or processed sugars in any of Jiva Creations products because we feel these are the sugars everyone needs to avoid. By not drinking juice because you are afraid of the sugar from fruit you will be causing a great disadvantage to yourself, as you will be missing out on all the antioxidants, vitamins and micronutrients. The natural occurring sugars that you will find in raw juice pass through the stomach into the blood stream so fast it has a positive effect to the chemistry of our bodies and gives us the energy that we need.
What is vegetable to fruit ratio for the juices included in Jiva Juice Cleanse packages?
Many of Jiva juices included in Jiva Cleanse packages contain no fruit at all, though our vegetable mixed fruit juices are kept at a maximum of 20%, though majority are 10% to 15%. This ratio does not apply to Daily Dose juice and Expel .
What is the difference between green juice and fruit juice?
Green juice comes from a combination of leafy greens and vegetables, which provide a higher vitamin and mineral content, which is more beneficial to our bodily function.
Fruit juice contains mono fruit to mixed fruits combination; in which when consumed raw will still contain high levels of vital nutrients.

My juice has separation, what do I do?
The appearance of Jiva Juice is natural, we do not filter or add preservatives or any fillers. Separation is natural and as long as juice is within the “best by” date and refrigerated properly, it is perfectly fine, a two-tone juice does not indicate spoilage. Always refrigerate your juice, shake well before consuming, and enjoy on or before the “best by” date.
Is my juice freshly made?
Jiva prides it self on its freshness, we make everything in the early hours of the morning Monday-Saturday.
Does Jiva Juice contain water?
No, we do not add water or coconut water to our cold-pressed juices, we believe in providing a quality product which is next to no other, our cold-pressed juices contain only juice extracted from the fruits and vegetables listed in each juice. Please note on our menu that our infusions do contain coconut water and our dairy free milk range contain demineralized alkaline water.
Does Jiva Juice juice contain fiber?
No, all jiva juice is pulp free.
Can I have a custom design my own juice?
We do not take custom request as we have designed a menu which is next to no other, every Jiva Juice has been specially created to provide the highest nutrition for the body. We do take into consideration for certain circumstances that require specialized juicing for medicinal purposes.
What do I do if I have allergies to certain ingredients?
If you are pre-ordering a juice, you can consult with our specialist when making your order to inform us of your allergens and intolerances.
I bought Jiva Juice from a store and it was funky what should I do?
When working with raw food this does happen some times, it is a good indication that the food is real. If you do find your juice is not good to drink please inform the store immediately to have it replaced or contact us directly. If in doubt, do not drink it. It is best to always check the best by date before purchasing as our shelf life is only up to 72 hours.
How to store the juice?

What is raw treats?
Jiva raw vegan treats are healthy tasty alternatives to traditional baking & desserts, which are uncooked and eaten cold. Containing no animal products or traditional bakery flours. They are high in nutrition and guilt free, with positive nutrients.
Are your treats organic?
Jiva does use organic ingredients when it’s possible.
How to store the raw treats?
The treats are best kept frozen, it’s also ok to keep them in a good cold refrigerator. 2/8 degrees is a good temperature range.
Are your treats vegan?
Yes, Jiva is a vegan Food and Beverage company, we do not use any animal products in our production.
Do your raw treats contain nuts?

Can I freeze the raw treats?
Yes you can, the treats are best stored frozen.

Jiva treats must be kept cold, in the fridge of maximum 5ºC they will last for up to 5 days, frozen treats have a use by of up to 6 months.
How to serve the raw treats ?
You can serve the raw treats directly from the freezer and just let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes beforehand, so they can soften, or take them from the freezer and place them in your fridge for 1 hour or so to let them thaw. They will be perfect straight from the fridge, please make sure your refrigerator is at a cold temperature. The raw treats are best stored at 2/8 degrees.
Do you have bliss balls not made with dates?
Yes we do, we have created the fruitless energy ball which contains no fruits at all. In time, we will expand this range, keep an eye out.

No, sorry. We do not do custom birthday cakes. We do recommend for birthdays to purchase a multiple of the cakes and or doughnuts and create a cake style birthday creation of the individual treats.

Yes you can, though you must be aware of your time schedule as the cakes will melt if you don’t transport them quickly, we recommend to ask the reseller to provide you the raw treats directly from their extra stock in the freezer and package it with ice or use a cooler box.
I bought a raw treat from a reseller and it doesn’t taste fresh what should I do?
If you receive any raw treats that have expired or you’re not sure of, please speak to the staff of the establishment ask if they can replace it for you or call us directly and we will assist you. Raw real foods do not last forever as like conventional foods.
I bought raw treats from a reseller and it was served frozen?
If you ever receive a frozen raw treat just leave it at room temperature for a few minutes and it will became good to eat. Most resellers maintain extra stock in their freezers.

What is dairy free milk?
Jiva’s dairy free milk / vegan milk are milk alternatives from conventional / animal/ soy milks that are created from nuts and seeds containing no preservatives of added sugars.
What water do you use?
Our dairy free milk range uses a base water of deironized alkaline spring water, the cleanest healthiest water available.
How long does it last for?
The milk have a best by of before 72 hours when kept in good refrigeration. Best place is in the center of your fridge, where it is it’s coldest, not on the door.
Do your dairy free milks froth?
Yes, many cafes use our milks for their dairy free coffees. It produces a good quality foam with no splitting.
What dairy free milks do you have?
We have a great variety available such as Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, Cashew Milk, Sunflower Milk and Hemp Milk.
How to store the milk?
All the milks should always be stored in good cold refrigeration at all times remaining air tight.
Is it healthy?
Yes, extremely. Our milks all contain high amounts of all enzymes and nutrients and proteins as we use a cold pressed extractor to make the best raw milk available.
What can I use it for?
All our milk are great alternatives to any standard milk practices, enjoy it as you please.
Is it creamy?
Our cold pressed dairy free milks are naturally thick and creamy. Our recipe has been finely crafted to allow true alternative to the non-dairy milks.
Are your almonds pasteurized?
No, they are not. Our almonds come from local farms in South Australia where the almonds do not have to be pasteurized by law as to almonds that come from North America.
What’s your percentage of nuts/Seed?
While most supermarket branded dairy free milks only contain 2% nuts and seeds, our dairy free milk range contains over 20% as nutrition is very important to us.

We have a delivery system that covers Central, South and East Bali. Please check with us to confirm your availability for Jiva free delivery service.
Can you send out of Bali?
Yes, as long as it is within Indonesia. For all national orders, we do same day airport to airport service. If you want to travel with the products yourself, it can also be arranged. Please check with us of the packing and shipping charges.
What time is delivery?
Jiva FREE delivery service time is from 8am to 12pm, Monday to Saturday, no specific time slot can be requested, please refer to paid delivery service FAQ if you need your order to be delivered in a specific time of the day (Monday to Saturday, between 7.30am to 2pm)
How much is delivery?
We have FREE delivery service Monday to Saturday, 8am-12pm to most areas in South Bali, for Nusa Dua customers there will be toll way charge. Please check with us to confirm your availability for Jiva free delivery service.

How are Jiva Products cared for on delivery?
To allow the best quality product on arrival we have fitted our motorbikes with a cooler box that protects all products from the weather and keeps the products stored at a cold temperature.
What happens if Jiva Juice delivery is unsuccessful due to my absence / if I’m not contactable / not at receiving address which I have not informed you of?
If the driver’s first attempt was unsuccessful, they will continue their delivery run and come back to you after. If second attempt still unsuccessful, the driver will return to base and the juice will be stored in the fridge, if we still haven’t heard from you by 3 PM that day with new instructions for the following day’s delivery. The customer will have the full responsibility for the invoice and delivery charge may occur.
What if I want to change my address last minute?
Please inform us of any address change at the latest by 3pm on the day before, delivery charges may occur for any last minute address change.
